On the consultation call, we’ll chat about what brings you to therapy and cover any questions or concerns you may have. Studies indicate that having a strong therapeutic bond is crucial for therapy to be effective. The call gives us a chance to connect and determine if I'm the right fit for your needs.

I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare UHC|UBH. If I am out-of-network with your carrier, I’ll provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. I encourage out-of-network clients to contact your carrier to verify your mental health coverage. Out-of-network clients are billed at the self-pay rate.
I accept major credit and debit cards including those linked to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other better. I'll ask about your background and we’ll talk more about what is currently bringing you to therapy. Before the session ends, we'll figure out what we want to work on together. You’re always in control of what we talk about, so no worries there!
